Here’s what you need to make them:
felt
puffy paint
scissors
pins
template
fabric pencil
hair clips or brooch safety pins (optional)

Step 1!
Go on to Google, and type in “bow template.” There are different styles, I chose a cartoonish looking bow.
Step 2!
Cut out your template, and pin to felt.
Step 3!
Cut out the piece, make sure to get all the corners and curves very sharp!
Step 4!
With your fabric pencil, draw the lines of your template onto your bow.
Step 5!
Get out of your 1990’s puffy paint and trace the lines you just made!
Now you have a cute bow!
You can hot glue hair clips or the flat backed safety pins onto your bow! Or you can thread some yarn through it and hang from your rear view mirror! There’s tons of things you can do!
